Please complete the form below if you have ordered information slips to accompany your wedding invites. The information that you enter will be copied onto your information slip. we will then send you a digital copy to proof and make any adjustments.

You will need to enter the heading and then the information to go with each heading. Bear in mind whether you have ordered single/double sided and how much information you are likely to be able to fit on.
